Eating well is an art . Not only means having a varied and balanced diet , but also eat slowly , to respect meal times , A healthy, healthy eating is to be incorporated eating habits to benefit our physical and mental development and be able to enjoy good basic salud.es to respect the hours needed for proper rest, because otherwise starts an avalanche of organic imbalances that diminish our performance , increase appetite and our mental capacity is reduced.
